Boys Night Out!

I had to share the sight i saw when i came home from girls night. Bob was actually really excited to have a party night with Nicholas and Isaac. From the looks of it, it was a real success. They are the luckiest kids in the world to have Bob for a dad, he LOVES kids and would have 10 if possible.

Building forts & eating quite healthy!

Nicholas got to go to work with dad for a couple of hours today, he felt so big!

Nicholas thought it was fun to walk through the tree Bob just cut down

Winter Wonderland

Our little man is 3! Isaac has brought nothing but joy to us, he has been the most happy & content child from day ONE. I have lucked out with having two easy & happy babies. Isaac's personality is unbeleivable to me. He is our little rough and tumble boy but the second someone is sad or hurt he is the first to make sure everything is under control. His memory is amazing and the way his little brain never stops is my favorite. I am just CRAZY about him!! I will share one funny Isaac comment...Chirstmas Eve he told us we needed to go to bed so we could wake up and celebrate Santa's birthday. I laughed and then sat their thinking about what they really learn in the Potter home, apparently not much.

All week he made us aware he wanted a guitar & a gun with a scope(not real ofcourse) That's what he got and has not put them down since

I decided to make a panda bear cake since they have been so into Kung Fu Panda lately, he was excited about it.

A few highlights from 2008 Christmas:
CHRISTMAS MORNING(always my favorite)
My mom and dad's grandkid Christmas party(hilarious)
Making a gingerbread train (our new tradition)
Playing games and going out to movies(our new favorite family activity)
Nicholas singing his heart out at his preschool program
Driving down candy cane lane/looking at lights
Christmas dinner out with friends
Christmas Eve with my family where Santa makes a visit
Our trip to Washington, a whole post on its own
Watching Christmas Vacation on Christmas Eve and reading Polar Express before bed
Making cookies for Santa
I love this time of year, it is wonderful to spend quality time with family and great friends.

We also went to the fire station, a jet plane/car museum, fun restraunts & sledding. His parents are amazing hosts.

The guys got a day of pheasant hunting and the girls got a day at the Portland mall
